We meet every Monday evening at the Tallahassee Buddhist Community facility from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. There are two 30-minute periods of seated meditation, punctuated by a period of either walking meditation or mindful Yoga. Each meeting concludes with a short session of questions and answers. On the first Monday of each month, there is only one sitting period and is followed by a Dharma talk by our teacher Guo Gu.
